Dynamic Greens Wheatgrass Juice

Basic Raw Power! Smoothie

- 2 scoops Raw Power! Protein Superfood Blend (any flavor)
- 16 oz. purified water
 

Raw Power! Smoothie with Juice

- 2 scoops Raw Power! Protein Superfood Blend (any flavor)
- 16 oz. fresh organic orange juice (or 16 oz. of fresh coconut water)
 

If you wish, using either of these two basic recipes above, you can start adding ingredients of your choice to enhance your super smoothie experience. Some ideas are:

· bananas

· berries

· greens

· green powders

· berry powders (acai, goji, camu, etc.)

· dates

· peaches

· honey

· bee pollen

· spirulina

Here is Thor's current favorite smoothie:

Thor's Ultimate Smoothie

- 2 scoops Raw Power! (Green) Protein Superfood Blend
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe peach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen organic strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
- 1 handful organic goji berries
- 16 oz. of fresh coconut water (crack a coconut open and pour in juice)

Here are a few more interesting super smoothies:

Amanda's Banana Almond Milkshake

- 1/2 cup raw almond milk
- 1-2 bananas (depending on size)
- 2 tablespoons flax, hemp or other 'good' omega oil
- 2 scoops raw power

Blend all ingredients for a few seconds. Add ice and blend, adding more ice until it reaches milkshake consistency. This is usually sweet enough without sweetener, but you can always add agave for those with a serious sweet tooth!


Amanda's "Frawppuccino"

- 1 cup raw almond milk
- 2 tablespoons raw carob powder
- 1 tablespoon (roughly) of raw cacao powder or nibs
- Agave to taste (maybe a couple of tablespoons - you may add more if you are really needing the sugar rush!)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Raw Power
- 1 scoop Chocolate Raw Power (or just double up on the Vanilla)

Blend ingredients together with enough ice to give it the "Starbuck's Frappuccino" consistency and enjoy! I always double blend to get a really great texture to the drinks. Once you add the ice, this makes a really large amount so prepare to share!

Note: for those who are limiting their cacao intake, you can always omit the cacao and add a bit more carob if needed.


Amanda's Vanilla Milkshake

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Raw Power
- Agave to taste (a couple of tablespoons for most people)

Blend ingredients with ice until it reaches 'milkshake' consistency. This has been a big hit with my kids and a great summer treat!!!


Choco/Vanilla Raw Power! Smoothie

- 1 scoop Raw Power! (Chocolate) Protein Superfood Blend
- 1 scoop Raw Power! (Vanilla) Protein Superfood Blend
- 1 ripe banana
- 16 oz. of fresh coconut water

 

Creamsicle Raw Power! Smoothie

- 2 scoops Raw Power! (Vanilla) Protein Superfood Blend
- 16 oz. fresh organic orange juice

 

Super Green Raw Power! Smoothie

- 2 scoops Raw Power! (Green) Protein Superfood Blend
- 16 oz. of fresh organic celery/cucumber juice
